Tundra Chef Cook-off Challenge

The Division of Agriculture proudly presents the second annual Tundra Chef Cook Off. Four local celebrities compete using special Alaskan Grown ingredients from proteins like chicken, and beef to veggies and goat cheese. The catch? The contestants only have a charcoal grill and a Dutch oven to cook a three-course meal on. This year the current Tundra Chef winners Matt and Liz Failor are coming back to defend their title. Come join the fun and taste some Alaska Grown specialty crop items that will be set up at a tasting table within the tent. The Cook off will be held from 12-3pm at the Holland America Princess Events Tent, just inside yellow gate.
