Meet Bruce and Hayden, the duo behind BruceSkis, a fresh face at the Alaska State Fair! Longtime Girdwood locals, they launched their Turkish-inspired food truck in 2019, inspired by Bruce’s sister-in-law Burcu from Adana, Turkey. Bringing their fan-favorite this year: Fresh, crispy falafel pita wraps & falafel fries! Menu is Gluten-free, vegetarian, and totally crave-worthy (vegan too!).
