Cancer Screening Day

Join us as Aurora Integrated Oncology Foundation (AIOF) hosts its First Annual Cancer Screening Day at the Alaska State Fair on August 21, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Held between Raven Hall and the Farm Exhibit, this free event offers prostate-specific antigen (PSA) tests, HPV vaccinations, cervical cancer self-screening kits, and mammograms (billed to insurance or supported by financial aid). Attendees can consult with medical professionals and engage with other nonprofits addressing cancer prevention and education. AIOF aims to promote early detection and offer screening to as many participants as possible in the Alaska State Fair’s vibrant atmosphere, in keeping with the foundation’s mission of improving the quality of and access to cancer prevention, treatment and supportive care for all Alaskans.
