With many Alaskans facing food insecurities, we encourage guests to bring shelf-stable food items to the Fair gates. This year we invite everyone to enjoy educational seminars designed to inspire your inner homesteader.  Experts will teach you everything from making your own birch syrup to raising hogs through our Alaskan winters. We will also have specialists on mushrooms, honeybees, poultry and fruit trees. Don’t miss the NEW 406FMX Freestyle Motocross event where the top riders in the world from X-Games and Nitro Circus pull off the biggest tricks presented by Frontiersman at the MTA Grandstand.
