Hofbräu Oktoberfestbier 6.3% ABV

Hops and grain on the nose. Flavor is dry and bitter, but still refreshing. Some noble hop characteristics. Bready malt. Surprised to detect a hint of alcohol 6.3%

Paulaner Oktoberfest Bier & Marzen 5.8% ABV

It has a slightly lower ABV (5.8% compared to 6.0%) than the Oktoberfest bier, and it pours a deep amber color with a bit of a darker head.

Sierra Nevada Oktoberfest 6% ABV

Our authentic Oktoberfest is a collaboration with Brauerei Gutmann, an iconic German brewer that’s been family-owned since 1707. This classic Festbier is smooth and balanced with biscuity malt flavor and a clean finish.

Warsteiner Oktoberfest 5.9% ABV

Limited Warsteiner Oktoberfest Special Edition. This beer is brewed with hand-selected hops, Munich-type spring barley malt and extra-soft brewing water from the Arnsberg forest nature park. Its well-balanced taste will make you feel like you are part of the Oktoberfest.

Stone Zumology 7.5% ABV

Each hop harvest is an opportunity for the mad scientists of the hop industry to introduce their newest experiments. Zumo is a thrilling new hop from the folks at Segal Ranch, named after a Spanish term for citrus zest. Its vibrant lime characteristic hooked us immediately, and it was time for us to do a little experimentation of our own. We found out that Mosaic hops, when taking a backseat in the recipe for once, truly elevated Zumo’s flavor to monstrous levels of refreshing zestiness.

Founders Bourbon Bomb Coffee Cinnamon 13.5% ABV

Bourbon barrel added winter ale with coffee and cinnamon. This year’s release of B-Bomb is aged in 8–12-year-old American Oak bourbon barrels and is a blend of 9, 12, and 24-month old barrel-aged Winter Ale. This special edition adds cold brew coffee and cinnamon bark to complement the bourbon, oak, cacao, leather, toffee, and dark coffee notes achieved from its extended barrel aging and barrel blending. Each barrel contributes a different note, and combining each barrel to create a coherent tone is a distinct art and true pleasure. Please do enjoy this unique barrel-aged ale today but know that Coffee Cinnamon B-Bomb will age gracefully for years to come.

Golden Dall Tripel,

9% ABV  There’s a reason why Golden Dall is a cult favorite at our pubs. With notes of ripe banana, bubblegum, clove and a citrusiness from Egyptian coriander, this brew is a clean, elegant, full-bodied classic. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of every glass and can benefits the Conservation Alliance to help keep wild spaces in Alaska wild. 

Smōk Smoked Lager,

5.7% ABV  Take a sip of this copper-hued smoked lager to transport yourself to a crackling campfire in the wilds of Alaska at dusk. Brewed in the style of the traditional German Rauchbier, each sip of this smoky, crisp, exceedingly drinkable classic tastes better than the last. Red Zeppelin Red Ale

Rooibos Rhubarb Kombucha

Made with 100% organic Rooibos tea, fermented for about 30 days. After it is fully fermented, we add local rhubarb juice from Bushes Bunches farm here in Palmer. Rooibos is a bush found in South Africa and is high in antioxidants and completely caffeine and alcohol free.

Cryo Hops Kombucha

A black/green tea kombucha flavored with Citra hops.

FAIR-ly Hazy Dayz IPA

Aromas of Valencia orange and lemon leap out of this hazy IPA with a generous amount of malted oats lending a silky mouthfeel. Double dry-hopped with over two pounds per barrel of Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra.

Imperial Pumpkin Ale

With Pumpkin Pie in mind this beer will remind you of fall.  Our brewers Worked with our BrewHouse Chef to combine pumpkin with an array of spices.  Flavors of pumpkin, cinnamon and allspice come together for a fall delight.  Brilliant pumpkin-orange in color.   Served in a snifter.  BU’s: 14 Alcohol: 9.0% by volume. 

Oktoberfest 2024

Black Rye Bock

This dark lager combines the characteristics of three winter beer styles. All three of these styles traditionally come from the colder harsher areas of Europe. The styles are (1) Black Beer (aka Schwartzbier) originating from Bad Kostritz in Thuringia (former East Germany); (2) Rye Beer which at one time was only made in hardier areas of Eastern and Baltic Europe; and (3) Bock Beer which is widely known as the higher alcohol lager of Northern Germany. Our Black Rye Bock has a distinctive bitter chocolate palate and black color reminiscent of a black beer. The spiciness from the rye malt shines through in the flavor. The high alcohol balanced with malty sweetness rounds out this black beauty. Smooth drinking with a punch makes this lager a perfect dark quaffer for our Arctic winter. Alcohol: 6.3% by volume. BU’s: 20

[13% ABV 70 IBU] Belgian style barley wine. Robust, chocolate, bourbon.

Sun Thief Porter

5.5% ABV  25 IBU] ] Dark times require dark beer. Just like its namesake Raven, it will only come along once the temps drop and seagulls leave town.

Festbier

[5.5% ABV  20 IBU] Marzen style Octoberfest lager. Malt sweetness, biscuit, toast.

Hard Cider 5.4%

This is a delicious cider without the syrupy sweetness. Our cider is made from a blend of tart and sweet apples for a nuance flavor that unfolds while you drink it. Perfect for the hop head who needs a break or the cider or sour beer lover.

Oktoberfest 5.4%

Our Oktoberfest lager is dark gold to light orange in color, and its rich malty aroma entices you to take a sip. Medium bodied, slightly toasty, and a complex upfront Vienna and Munich malt sweetness give way to a clean crisp finish that begs to be followed

IPA 5.9%

Enticing tangerine and passion fruit aromas introduce orange, grapefruit, floral and spicy flavors that come in waves. This beer’s clean finish leaves you craving for another.

Green Light 4.2%

When lawn mower beer meets craft beer you have our international rice lager.  Light-bodied, a clean finish and very refreshing and thirst-quenching.

20th Anniversary Blend             

Dry. 14ABV. This special 20 year commemorative creation achievescomplexity with acidic, tart, and juicy high bush cranberry, balanced by sumptuous full bodied Bordeaux grape blend. Flavors reminiscent of cassis black fruit and fig lend to a dry aromatic oaky finish that will demand to be savored with every sip.

Alaska Chardonnay   

medium-dry 12.5ABV This blend of lightly oaked Chardonnay and Rhubarb has a bronze gold color. It has the aroma of tart kiwi and fresh spring rhubarb with a hint of lime. On the palate it starts with a butter flavor that gives way to zesty acidity and crisp rhubarb. The flavors mingle together for a smooth, dry, lightly oaked finish.

Inlet Sunrise            

Sweet 9.5ABV The aroma of this wine is of berry punch with distinct flavors of star fruit and guava. The initial flavor on the palate is of subtly tart raspberries with a finish of lush blueberries and pomegranate.

Black Currant           

Medium 12ABV This elegant wine has alluring aromas of black currant leaf and black pepper with a splash of fresh squeezed lime. The overwhelming black currant flavor on the palate blends well with undertones of crab apple and lemon. Finally, it has a wonderful lingering finish of plum.

Strawberry Rhubarb  

Sweet 10ABV The aroma begins with fresh strawberries and apricots and has a light floral element. The first flavor on the palate is of juicy summer strawberries and a little melon. Next the bright acidity of the rhubarb comes through and finally there is a lingering finish with hints of raspberry.

Black Raspberry       

Sweet 8.5ABV This is a light wine with a burgundy color. It has an overwhelming aroma of ripe mixed berries. The flavor is of coalesced black raspberries, blueberries, and plum with a mellow finish.

Slacktide Cider         

Medium-dry 7ABV This is a semi-sweet cider with unmistakable notes of virgin apple juice offset by crisp, tart cider flavor. The flavor is complex which comes from the mixture of the multiple heirloom varieties that we use. All of the apples are grown locally in Homer, Alaska.
