Persicaria polymorpha

Description:

A mainstay of the garden!  This species of Persicaria is a shrubby, clump-forming perennial featuring plumes of creamy white flowers reminiscent of Aruncus dioicus.  Lance-shaped dark green leaves.

Not as aggressive as other Persicaria species.
