Borealis Usher Volunteer
Borealis Theatre Usher
The Alaska State Fair seeks committed volunteers to work as ushers and scan performance tickets at the ConocoPhillips Borealis Theatre. Performances are scheduled every day, from August 15 through September 1, 2025. Hours vary depending on the performance, although most are from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Minimum age 18. Volunteers receive a complimentary Fair admission ticket for each day they volunteer. Complete application and email to [email protected].
Recycling Volunteer
Receive admission to get into the Fair on the day you sign up and receive another Fair admission ticket at the end of your shift, good for any day. Parking is free in all general parking lots.
Events Volunteer
Volunteer at events that happen during the Fair all over the Fairgrounds.
Exhibits Volunteer
Volunteer during the Fair at the Hoskins Exhibit and Irwin Exhibits buildings.
