The biggest structure on the Fairgrounds offers the most flexibility. for large events. With 42,000 square feet of clear span space, it’s great for trade or consumer shows, exhibitions, dances, almost anything! Lots of room to spread out and awesome ventilation.

- Starts at $1,000 per 24 hour period. Hourly rental is not available. (Additional fee for larger parties may apply.)
- Not Available during Fair time.
