Interested members of the public are invited to attend, but only Fair lifetime and 2015 annual members are eligible to vote at the meeting.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.alaskastatefair.org\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/post-fair-slide-photo-3.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-200\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-200\" src=\"http:\/\/www.alaskastatefair.org\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/post-fair-slide-photo-3-300x84.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"543\" height=\"152\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alaskastatefair.org\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/post-fair-slide-photo-3-300x84.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.alaskastatefair.org\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/post-fair-slide-photo-3.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 543px) 100vw, 543px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>primary order of business is the election of two members to the Fair\u2019s board of directors.<\/strong> Each seat will have a three-year term. A total of four candidates, including two incumbents, will appear on the ballot:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alaskastatefair.org\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Stephen-Brown.pdf\">Stephen Brown, incumbent<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alaskastatefair.org\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Jason-Ortiz.pdf\">Jason Ortiz<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alaskastatefair.org\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/John-Tracy.pdf\">John Tracy, incumbent<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alaskastatefair.org\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Daniel-J-Tucker.pdf\">Dan Tucker<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Candidate statements are available for review <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alaskastatefair.org\/site\/meet-the-board-candidates\/\">on the Fair website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Attendees can also <strong>sample a wide variety of unique cuisine prepared by several different Fair food vendor applicants<\/strong>, who will be showcasing their menus at the annual meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Annual meeting <strong>door prizes for Fair members include two tickets to any show in the 2016 concert series<\/strong>, two 2016 Fair season passes, and a family fun pack.<\/p>\n<p><strong>One attending Fair member will also go home with two tickets to the first annual Concert Kick-Off Party<\/strong> at the Glenn Massay Theater on April 2, when the 2016 Alaska State Fair Concert Series line-up will be announced.
