Please Leave the Fur-Goers at Home<\/strong><\/p>\n

All of us here at the Alaska State Fair love animals, but a friendly reminder that pets are not allowed on the fairgrounds (with the exception of service animals).\u00a0For the comfort and safety of your pet, we encourage you to leave your four-legged fur-goer at home or make arrangements with a local pet boarding facility. See the list of nearby doggy day cares below.<\/p>\n

Please do not leave your pet in your vehicle. If there is a report of an animal in distress, welfare checks and rescues may be conducted by law enforcement officials.<\/p>\n

Remember \u2013 the car is no place for your best pal, especially on a warm day!<\/p>\n
