Chong<\/a><\/strong> <strong>featuring special guest Shelby Chong<\/strong> take the stage Monday, August 29.<\/p>\n<p>Kicking off the August 28 show at 6 p.m. is <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alaskastatefair.org\/site\/events\/july-talk\/\">July Talk<\/a>, the <\/strong><strong>Canadian rockers known for their electrifying concerts<\/strong> and dynamic new single, \u201cPush + Pull.\u201d <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alaskastatefair.org\/site\/events\/kongos\/\">KONGOS<\/a>, the four-brother rock band behind <\/strong><strong>\u201cCome With Me Now\u201d<\/strong> and \u201cI\u2019m Only Joking,\u201d starts their set at 7 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>On August 29, the Fair welcomes <strong>Grammy Award-winning comedians <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alaskastatefair.org\/site\/events\/cheech-chong\/\">Cheech &amp;
