The Alaskan Scottish Club is very pleased to announce that our 35th Annual Highland Games, June 25 and 26, 2016 will host the IHGF World Heavy Events Championships. This will bring the top 10 Heavy Events athletes together in order to determine one World Champion. The venue for the event is the Alaska State Fairgrounds in Palmer, AK. Hosting these championships is a huge honor.
