Humpy’s – Teriyaki Top Sirloin Steak

With Black Bean Sticky Rice

Teriyaki marinate recipe:

2 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger

2 cups soy sauce

2 cups Hot water

2 cups brown sugar

 

Mix sugar with hot water to dissolve, add the rest of ingredients and mix well.

Place Rancher’s Reserve top sirloin steak in marinate for 6 hours.

2 cups Calrose rice

1/3 cup of chopped salt dried Chinese black beans

4 cups of water

Use a rice cooker. Rinse rice three times with cold water, add correct amount of water and dried black beans.

 Grilled beef to temp and slice. Serve with rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
