1 ½ # Sirloin steak diced and skewered (soak skewers over night in water)
Hoisin Glaze recipe:
½ cup Hoisin sauce
1 oz fl. Rice vinegar
½ cup Sweet Thai chili sauce
¼ t Sriracha
1/8 t Sesame oil
½ t Ginger chopped
1/8 t 5-spice
Mango Salsa recipe:
½ cup Fresh mango diced
¼ oz Red bell pepper mince
1 t Cilantro chopped
½ t Ginger chopped
¼ t Lime juice
½ t Brown sugar
Procedure:
Mix glaze ingredients and marinate sirloin skewers with a little glaze. Grill over medium high heat brush with glaze. Arrange on plate and sprinkle with mango salsa, chopped peanuts, and shaved green onions.
