1 ½ # flat iron steak
Marinate/Dressing recipe:
¼ cup Lime juice
1 ½ T Fish sauce
2 T Soy sauce
1 t Brown sugar
1 T water
2 each Thai chilies minced
1 T Garlic chopped
¾ t Sriracha
1 oz fl. Vegetable oil
Lettuce Wraps recipe:
8 each Romaine leafs
2 oz Bean sprouts
1 oz Cucumber julienne
2 oz Carrot julienne
2 oz Grape tomatoes ¼ cut
½ oz Green onion shaved
1 T Mint shaved
1 T Basil shaved
1 T Cilantro shaved
Procedure:
Marinate flat iron steaks with ½ the dressing for 30minutes. Grill over medium high heat. Let meat rest before slicing. Construct lettuce wraps in order of ingredients listed above. Top with sliced steak and drizzle with remaining dressing.
