Rusty’s Sweet n’ Spicy Grilled Salmon

-Salmon                                   -Rusty’s Sweet n’ Spicy

-Rusty’s Universal Seasoning   -Butter or Veg Spray

 

Cut fish into 5-8oz portions.  Season with Rusty’s Universal Seasoning.  Spray each portion with vegetable spray or brush with butter.  Place on preheated grill.  Drizzle or brush with Rusty’s Sweet n’ Spicy Sauce.  Close grill lid just long enough to allow smoke to flavor the fish.   Open and turn fish over.  Drizzle top with Sweet n’ Spicy,

close lid.  When salmon is cooked through, remove.  Drizzle one more time with sauce.
