General Parking Lots

Our General Parking Lots are Red, Yellow, Purple.  You will be directed to our Parking Lots depending upon the direction you are coming from, flow of traffic and the fullness of the lots. Our Red Lot is located on the South side of the Fairgrounds, closest to Anchorage; our Purple Lot is located on the North side of the Fairgrounds, closest to Palmer, and our Yellow Lot is located on the East side of the Fairgrounds. On busy days such as weekends, we will be using our Brown Lot which is located on the east side of the Fairgrounds. Permits should be visible in your window. Daily Parking fee allows you to remain in parking until end of Fair day.

Please do not bring your pets to the Fair. They are not allowed in the grounds and it is not advisable for your pet’s comfort and safety to leave them in the vehicle while you are attending the Fair.

Accessible Drop & Go Green Gate

Our Green Gate is an accessible, convenient, easy-to-use drop-off area for cars, buses and the train. Drivers can access the Green Gate Drop Off area by:

• Turning off the Glenn onto the Inner Springer North Loop (across from Spenard Builders Supply) and crossing the railroad tracks.
• Immediately turning right and following the signage (Patron Drop-Off/Will Call) to the Green Gate. There is 10 minute only waiting at the Green Gate area. Exiting is directly onto the Glenn Highway.
• Buses can drop off their passengers, exit right on the Glenn Highway and return to the Bus Holding area located at the entrance to Drop Off route.
